Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig 21st September, 1983). 21, 1983) is a famous American actor. She is most famously known for her role was the character Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost television show, and Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington in Ohio, dropped out high school and moved to Los Angeles after her divorced parents divorced. The actress landed her first part as Rachel's Room's lead character in 2001, despite having a difficult time financially. In 2002 she was nominated to receive a Young Artist Award with her part as the 15-year-old murder victim Martha Moxley. Grace Rutherford, the character she played in Lost from 2004 to 2005 was nominated for an Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was dropped from the series in 2005 to focus on the role of a greater part in movies, and had a role in the film Taken alongside Tom Welling as Kim Mills in the film Taken. Grace has been on Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club as well in 2007 and in Taken opposite Liam Neeson in 2008 as Kim Mills. The role was reprised in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). In addition, she played Alice on Malice in Wonderland which is a modern version of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to Shannon's character in Lost for two more episodes. This included the final episode of the series. She appeared in 2013's six-season of Californication. She also appeared singing in Frank 2014, and in The Kindergarten Teacher 2018, where she is the title role. Gyllenhaal was first introduced as a director and writer in 2021, with her psycho-drama The Lost Daughter. For the film, she won an award for the Best Screenplay Award at the Venice International Film Festival and received nominations for the Academy Award.
